The ALAC endorsed the ALS Application from (160) Ecuadorian Association for Free Software today.

(160) Ecuadorian Association for Free Software is based in Quito, Ecuador and will be a certified ALS of the Latin America and Caribbean Islands  Regional At-Large Organization (LACRALO).
