[ALAC-ExCom] Scheduling of ALAC-Board Breakfast in Nairobi

Heidi I think this is an excellent plan / proposal for how we should
engage with the Board at the next meeting, (as it flags to me a clear
intent to increase the status of and expectations for the event) so
unless the ExCom has some other view I think we should wholeheartedly
embrace this option => We will also note this at the Nov ALAC Meeting
under for discussion... under the broader planning for ICANN 37 at
Nairobi heading...

CLO (can you also make sure these emails go to the gmail not just the
@hovtek account please {I may phase out use of the @hovtek one soon} but
any way the Gmail is more portable when OS)

[ALAC-ExCom] Scheduling of ALAC-Board Breakfast in Nairobi

Hia all
I do believe the approach to dedicate more time to the groups is positive.
A change in the meeting schedule is debated and I believe is a positive
moviment.

[ALAC-ExCom] Scheduling of ALAC-Board Breakfast in Nairobi

I have no problem with the change of Board eating.

Regarding how the ExCom feels, perhaps it is time to update the
mailing list members.

Fatimata is still on it.
Wendy is still on it.
Carlton is not on it.
Dave is not on it (but perhaps his appointment is still pending)
There are two names that I do not recognize:
tabetha.jadallah@zeusmail.org and cristiancasas at hotmail.com.
Also two ICANN staff members who I didn't think were on At-Large
Staff, but perhaps I am just not up to date: marie-helene.bouchoms
and marilyn.vernon.
There is also a digest recipient of web-user@icann.org that I presume
has some purpose.

[ALAC-ExCom] Scheduling of ALAC-Board Breakfast in Nairobi

Dear Alan,

Unlike the ALAC-internal and the ALAC working mailing lists, there are
currently no barriers to subscribing to the ALAC-excom mailing list. It is
listed on the list of publicly available At-Large mailing lists:
http://atlarge-lists.icann.org/mailman/listinfo

We do not actively un-subscribe members to that list at the moment.

Best Regards,

[ALAC-ExCom] Scheduling of ALAC-Board Breakfast in Nairobi

It is a great proposal.
It seems to me that it is like going from coach to business (not yet first
class ;)).
Maybe some more preparation will be needed.
All the best
