Hi,

The YouTube outage today might be caused by the Chinese routing leak this
morning. Several reports draw a probable picture of redirecting some
root-nameservers to the "Great Wall" servers which respond with the blocking
site IPs.

DNSSEC and secure BGP might be able to prevent such redirections.
