[IDN-WG] Draft ALAC Statement on the IDN Fast Track Draft Implementation Plan

Dear Community:

As you may be aware, a public consultation has been opened on a draft
Implementation Plan for Fast Track IDN deployment. The consultation may be
found here:

In order to facilitate drafting, ALAC IDN Liaison Hong Xue has compiled a
draft statement. It may be found here:
