[Summit-wg4] APOLOGIES: WG 4 call conference ID is 1638

I am sorry but my understanding is that the WG 4 telephone conference is tomorrow on Tuesday, was it today? I am obviously confused with so many telephone conferences (and a full teaching schedule)

[Summit-wg4] APOLOGIES: WG 4 call conference ID is 1638
Dear friends of WG 4
attached is a very first draft for a document of WG 4 for discussion at the summit. Please take this as a start and add, change or delete what you think. I attach also two other documents which could be used as reference documents fort our discussions. One was prepared by the ALAC staff, the other one is a doucment from january 2008. We could add also the document of the PSC.

Probably I will be able to jpin only in the beginnin of tomrrows TC. I am on my way from Tampere via Copenhagen and Munich to Leripzig. Boarding in Tampere starts 1.15 a.m.UTC. I hope can make it.
Good news is that this time Adam will be available the whole time for discussion.

Please accept my apologies for not making today's meeting. I have been traveling since Tuesday and at the same time lost remote access to my e-mails due to a glitch in the system that our Help Desk has just now resolved. As a result, I've been completely disconnected. ITS BEEN HORRIBLE!!!
Anyways, I sure look forward to meeting with you all face to face very soon!

NP Darlene I hope your email issue is fine now though... I did my best to
put notes into the Adobe room and of course there will be the recording of
the meeting so your role has not been compromised too much by the
unavoidable missing of the meeting... Looking forward to catching up with

Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!!! You always do an awesome job at that.
Of course, if anybody else wants to be Rapporteur, I would GLADLY either share the job to get it done better or step down. I don't think that I should encounter any more glitches like this week's. And any help would be appreciated! I understand, tho, that we are ALL stretched to the max.

NP Wolfgang we fully understand (I know believe me I know what you mean!)
The group (I was hanging round as I do in all the groups at the moment) had
some provisional discussions and we have captured as much as we can into
the Adobe Connect room to assist those who cannot make the calls to catch
up... As lead on this WG you need to get Matthias to make you a presenter
etc., so you have write not just read permissions into this space same with
Adam perhaps you can ping him in Skype at some point so you can all meet in
the room and set that up...
