As requested, attached please find a draft of a process by which the
next Board liaison could be elected. Of course it is entirely up to you
whether you wish to recommend this, with or without amendments, to the
full ALAC. I do note of course that time is of the essence as any change
from previous practice would need to be endorsed by the ALAC and would
be a modification of ALAC's Rules of Procedure.
