Dear working group and ALAC members:

We attach hereto a letter from the US Congress' Committee on Energy and
Commerce, transmitted to the US Department of Commerce, recommending
what arrangements the Committee believes should be made at the ending of
the JPA between the US Department of Commerce on 30th September 2009.

We hope this is of interest.
